A 12-month partnership plan for teams who are serious about long-term improvement.

Rather than a single "one-and-done" event, the Annual Training/Consulting Plan makes Bill Guertin a part of your sales team for 12 full months, with ongoing training and assistance that allows your sales team to grow and develop more fully.

We partnered with Bill and Stadium Gorilla for a 12-month sales improvement program that included Webinars and several visits to each of our three MiLB properties. Our sales are up significantly, and Bill will be back with us for another 12 months. Our people enjoy working with Bill because he not only spends time in a group setting, but also does extensive one on one training that truly helps each of our reps get the most out of their efforts, serve their clients better, and ultimately make more money for themselves. Your plan includes:


Creation and Facilitation of (3) total Sales Training Visits per 12-month period:

Visit #1
3 days baseline sales training

  • Conference call prior to visit to discuss philosophy of sales, specific expectations
  • Creation and delivery of initial training session
  • 1/2 day devoted to Leadership training for managers and directors
  • Executive Summary on observations delivered to team ownership after each visit

Visit #2
2 days live on-site training

  • Focus on working with reps one-on-one, helping individual progress based on adaptation of new skills/habits
  • Follow-up and discussion with Leadership Team

Visit #3
2 days live on-site training

  • Focus on Group Sales, sales process and proper time management during season

Total of (7) live in-market training days, with content and focus subject to change based on individual team needs

Participation in (12) total "Education Express" Webinars, conducted live via GoToWebinar at (2) different times per month, 12 months (topics vary per month, but are always sports sales-specific, with opportunities for Q&A at the end of each session)

Ongoing phone support, coaching and development for all sales staff and management throughout the 12-month period
